Some people have a scrap book, a note pad or just their own memory for their thoughts, ideas and ramblings.
Well I’m telling the Internet (and you) about it. Things I find, things I like, things I don’t like.
I consider myself lucky to live by the sea in Cornwall. It’s rare I don’t walk my dog (Pebbles) on the beach each morning. Then back to my desk for work unless the conditions are too good for kitesurfing or stand up paddle boarding.
I’ve got a new project, converting a cliff top bungalow into my next home. This project has it’s own Website at www.SilverSpray.co.uk.

I’ve:
- Had tears of joy and from emotional pain.
- Fought and won, fought and failed, to save a persons life.
- Watched my sky bridges crumble.
- Valued hope above experience.
- Had a gun in my back & thought “this could be annoying”.
